He stayed on top of the shipping and our timely receipt of the product. Glasstastic is easy to use, although there is a bit of odor, as stated, so be sure to use a mask. I would recommend use of this product early in the morning or late in the day when your windows are cool. "I was at wits end and didn’t know what to do. I have a beautiful home with a really nice view overlooking the water.
